The Made to Order Breakfast was very good each morning. They do have a buffet at breakfast time as well. Staff Anna and Maria were professional and friendly to greeting, hosting, and serving guests for breakfast each day. They do have an on-site bar & Bar Tender. From hotel check-in, housekeeping, thru service each day to check-out, all employees were attentive and outstanding at the Richardson/Dallas TX location. I really cannot say enough about this hotel. Myself and my family would stay here again.

Clean rooms, and breakfast was good. Lots of food options also within a quick drive. There was plenty of parking as well. The gym was very nice, more equipment than the usual hotel gym.

Friendly clerks. Clean rooms. Shampoo, Conditioner and Soaps were nice. Shiny clean smooth elevator. Spectacular home like entrance with pretty chandelier. Yard plants, grass, and trees well manicured. Bar area to the left of check in area. Nice!!

They charge for breakfast. Took the coffee and put it up by 11 am. They should at least leave drinks in lobby longer if they don't offer breakfast.

Had some issues but the manager took care of us. Very nice staff. Look forward to next visit so we can enjoy the wonderful hot tub. Very nice hotel.

Rooms were not very soundproof. The infant 4 rooms away from us could be heard crying and screaming all through the night.

Rooms were fine! But breakfast hours were wrong on the app, so we missed it, which is a bummer since we planned to stay here for that reason since it was made to order.
